Titus Foundation is a newly formed Christian charitable organisation.

Funds are provided on a per-project basis to Christian ministries whose core vision is the growth and development of children and youth ministry in Australia.

Titus Foundation helps different ministries collaborate and provide a pipeline of Christian growth for young people and in developing the next generation of Christian leaders.

Our Board


Chairman: Neville Cox

Neville has had an extensive career with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he was a member of the Executive Committee of the Bank and a director of twenty six companies in the Commonwealth Bank Group. Since retiring from this role he has undertaken consulting roles in the business environment and mentors business and community leaders. He has a desire to encourage people to use their gifts and exercise leadership in their spheres of influence. He is a director of several companies in the Corporate and not-for-profit sectors and in recent years was Chairman of AMP Bank. In addition to being Chairman of Advertiles Corporation, WorkVentures Limited, the Australian College of Ministries, Focus on the Family Australia and the Sydney Prayer Breakfast, Neville is a Trustee of Christian Super and a Director of Excelsia College (formerly Wesley Institute). He has a desire to see young people understand their identity and have the opportunity to make wise choices that will help them lead fulfilling lives.

Neidra Hill OAM

Neidra has had a long career working with children and youth, retiring from her role as Assistant Principal of Leppington Primary School after 34 years in Primary School teaching and also having spent 3 years in full time ministry as a Camp Howard Field Worker. She was awarded an AM in Queens Birthday Honours for commitment to the Camp Howard Ministry, the Girls Friendly Society and to the development of the sports of Hockey and Softball in the Macarthur District. Neidra has been involved in children's ministry since her conversion at the Billy Graham Crusade. She has a desire to help grow ministries that assist, train and prepare Christian young people as leaders in Christian ministry to a future generation of children and youth. 

Murray Norman

With his legal and accounting background, Murray brings a business mindset to thinking strategically about ministry.  Murray is passionate for ministries to be self-sustainable and to become more efficient and effective. Murray is the General Manager of Presbyterian Youth NSW; is a director of Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) Ltd; is a board member of ICCOREIS; and is the Presbyterian Church Representative Committee Member on the Department of Education and Communities Consultative Committee.

Donald Robertson


Ross Ryan

Ross had an extensive finance career before studying at Moore College, and spent the next decade focused on children and youth ministry in parish setting. Ross joined Youthworks College in 2015 with a specific responsibility for online learning with the Timothy Partnership. 

Bill Salier

Bill currently works as the Principal of Youthworks College helping students to know God and his word better so they can be effective youth and children’s ministers. Previously Bill has worked as the Vice Principal of Moore Theological College. His special area of interest is John’s writings in the New Testament. He longs to see churches filled with young people maturing as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ and thinks that the Titus Foundation is an ideal way for those with a similar desire to partner together and support this vision.
